Wall Putty

El Manaar 77 is a wall putty produced and packed in the form of dry powder ready for use after the addition of water only. This putty is processed of high quality hemi hydrate which is dry mixed with a number of polymeric and mineral admixtures necessary to acquire the desired physical, mechanical and chemical properties and specifications particularly regarding setting time, workability, spreading efficiency and capability of filling holes and cracks in underlying cement mortar undercoat before applying paints.

Method of utilization:

·         Add the powder of El Manaar 77 slowly to water at the rate of 2 parts powder to 1 part of water

·         Leave the added powder to soak in the water for 5 minutes the mix well until obtaining the right thick paste that looks like cream without any agglomerated lumps. Leave the paste for few minutes before use.

·         Don't mix more than you need. You can mix and prepare putty paste you need for about 1.5 hours only.

·         Clean the wall from dust and wet it by water before application of the putty.

·         Apply El Mannar putty to the wall for a thickness of up to 2 mms.

·         Leave the wall for enough period for the putty to consolidate & dry before applying paints.

·         El Manaar 77 putty adheres well to fair faces (mortars & concrete)

Note : Do not add any foreign material to the powder or putty e.g. cement , lime .. etc

 Technical characteristics:

·         Bulk density of powder = 0.98 kg / lt

·         Setting time : between 80 and 100 minutes

 Rate of use: about 0.5 kg of El Manaar 77 powder / 1 sq. m of wall . This quantity may vary according to the leveling and finishing condition of the undercoat .

  Storage: one year form the date of production in dry environment.

  Package: sacks 12.5 kgs.
